  Went in today to do a deposit for my work that I manage, got to talk to Joe Gonzales a personal banker about the issues and horrible experiences my husband and I have been having at Wells Fargo, Joe is top notch professional amazing and got my issues figured out for me and made switching banks extremely easy, I can’t say enough how much I appreciate joe and his extremely knowledge and help he provided getting me and my husband set up, joes is simply brilliant and fanstastic

  first of all, I waited one whole hour just to request a new debit card. Second, I went to pull money from my savings account and when I leave there is a negative charge to my CHECKING ACCOUNT. So I go back and let them know they made a mistake but they refuse to fix their mistake and just transferred more money from my savings to my checking so I lost money due to a negative balance on my checking account. So unacceptable. G
